About me
My Story
A long-term lover of chocolates and candy, I spent years making chocolate at Christmas, and found that many of my travels included visiting chocolate makers all over the world.
After spending time in the pandemic really thinking about what makes me happy, I realized it was chocolates and sharing them with friends.
So I enrolled in the Ecole Chocolat Professional Chocolatier Program and finished with honors.
I have now moved back to my roots in Little Rock and can't wait to make you happy-one bite at a time.
My Chocolates
The chocolates I produce in my home are all handmade with a purpose.
Whether it is for the holidays, for a birthday, bridal shower or graduation party, the chocolates that come out of my "chocolate room" are made to fulfil your desire for something fresh and beautiful.
My flavors are inspired from my life in Switzerland, global travels, my friends and my home. While you might be inclined to go for the familiar yet lovely salted caramel, why not venture out and try one of the other internationally inspired flavor combinations when they are available. Who knows? You might love being transported to Sweden (raspberry licorice), India (saffron and cardamom) or Brazil (passion fruit) without going through TSA.
How to get yourself some chocolates
What is the process to get chocolates?
Throughout the year, I will make different collections of bonbons, pate de fruit, cremino, nougat, and caramels. Usually associated with the major chocolate holidays- Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Those chocolate and candy lovers will be notified by email (so make sure to sign up) for pre-orders. You will also be able to keep up with what is happening by following and favoriting my social channels. Instagram and Facebook @kellywassellchocolates
For local pick up, after confirmation of order and payment via Venmo or credit card, I will let you know when I will be dropping it off at Mrs. Polka Dot in Hillcrest for pick up at your leisure.
Should you need delivery or shipment, that can be arranged, but understand that due to weather conditions, most shipping has to be paused during the late spring through early fall months.
Bespoke requests
It is such a joy for me to be able to make your event unique and extra special with bonbons or other confections to match a party or corporate event theme.
Party favors, gift bags, table settings can be improved with hand painted chocolates made especially for you. Contact me with your vision and we will work together to make it happen.
Minimum quantities are required. Prepayment via Venmo or other arrangements is needed to confirm special orders.
